About the Listening Tour
Beyond the Threshold is conducting a global listening tour with women in senior leadership and women rising toward it across eight regions. The purpose is to gather real experiences that show what leadership feels like for women today - the opportunities, the challenges, and the supports that help women thrive.
This listening tour is designed to be simple, accessible, and honest. It includes a short, anonymous five minute survey with four questions tailored to where you are in your leadership journey.
